American Amen: Terms, Returns & Privacy
Made to order
Every item is printed for you after you order, with the design for the date you choose. Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days, plus delivery. We will send tracking when it ships.
Shipping
Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. Orders are printed to order in the USA through our print network, with production partners in other countries so your order is made close to you.
All sales are final
Every item is made to order and personalised for your chosen date, so all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind, size or colour. Please check your date, style, colour and size before you order. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we will make it right. This does not affect any legal rights you have that cannot be excluded.
Sizing
See the size chart and how-to-measure guide on the shop page. Measurements are approximate.
Our pledge to American Veterans, American Families & American Christian Charities
We pledge between 2.50% and $2.50 per item sold to support American Veterans, American Families and American Christian Charities, in thanksgiving for the blessing of the independence of the United States of America for 250 years. The exact rate will be confirmed on this page as our revenue grows. Listing a charity does not mean it endorses us or is affiliated with us. Our giving is discretionary: we reserve the right to decide when, how much and to which charities we donate, including donating only if and when our business is profitable and we meet our own targets. Our charitable aims are a statement of intent, not a promise to any individual customer, and they do not create a trust, a contract or any right or claim for any customer or charity. We are not a charity or a fundraiser.
Privacy
We collect your name, email, delivery address and payment details only to take and deliver your order. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. We share your name and delivery address with our print partner so they can make and ship your order. We do not sell your data. Ask us at any time to see or delete the data we hold about you.
Terms
By ordering you agree to these terms, including that all sales are final. Designs and text are owned by American Amen. Scripture is from the King James Version, which is in the public domain in the United States.
